Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Gasworld Parts. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, you may be eligible to request a return and refund subject to the following conditions:
1.1. Timeframe: You must initiate the return process within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we may not accept return requests.
1.2. Condition: The item(s) must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition with no seals of the packaging unbroken.
1.3. Exclusions: In some cases, purchases are non-returnable due to the nature of the product. Please see below under 'Non-Returnable Items'.
2. Returns Process
To request a return, please follow these steps:
2.1. Contact Customer Support: Send an email to online@gasworldparts.com or contact our customer support team at 020 8749 5810. Please provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return.
2.2. Await Approval: Our customer support team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed if the return is eligible.
2.3. Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging or suitable protective packaging. Include a copy of the return authorization email, along with your order details.
2.4. Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify that they meet the return eligibility criteria, we will initiate the refund process. Please note the following:
3.1. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer valid, we may issue a refund in the form of store credit.
3.2. Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item(s). The exact timing of the refund may vary based on your payment provider's policies.
3.3. Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if the returned item(s) are not in their original condition or if there are missing parts or accessories.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We may request photos or other evidence of the damage or defect to assist with the resolution process. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including the return shipping costs.
5. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges for items. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the standard return process to receive a refund, and then place a new order for the desired item.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- In some cases, purchases are non-returnable including the following scenarios:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Products with known faults communicated prior to purchase
- Opened chemical or gas products
- Unsealed electronic products without defects
- Spare parts with broken seals, like PCBs, electronic items, and fans
- Items that degrade or expire quickly once opened
- Hygiene products that have been used without defects, such as toilets or showers.
